Finding A Qualified Care Provider
For Fibromyalgia.


This list is for doctors who treat Fibromyalgia only, please go to the
FMS Communities Careprovider List to find doctors who treat CMP, CFIDS, TMJ
and overlapping conditons.

The FMS Community strives to provide, accurate, timely information. With this in mind we have turned to a woman who maintains the largest data base of doctors and other care providers who are known to believe in and treat those with Fibromyalgia with confidence and trust. The list contains thousands of names from all over the world.

Fibrobetsy has invested years and countless hours of work on this list to keep it accurate and up to date. All of the names were submitted by patients who have had great success from their experience with the care provider. She checks out their records and legal standing before they are recommended.

How It Works: Fill out the form after reading the guidelines.
you will be sent the name of a care provider in your area,
based on your information, via e-mail.

Form Rules: Please read and respect these terms when asking for a
careprovider in your area,this is a private run list, by one person and she can only
be effective if you do not overload her with email and information, she is one of us,
dealing with chronic conditions.

   When Asking For The Name Of A Care Giver:

    *Keep the wording in your request short.
    *Keep in mind that only Fibromyalgia Doctors are on this list, Not CMP/CFIDS ETC.
    *If your city or town is small, please mention nearby bigger ones

    When Submitting A Care Provider's Name for Inclusion On The List:
    Do not use this form, send any care providers you wish to
     add to the list,to Fibrobetsy, using the guidelines listed below.
     FibroBetsy retains all rights on additions to this list and can add, refuse or delete
     any submission at any time.

    *Only submit names of care providers who you have seen for a long amount of time,
      so you can say that they have helped you regain a quality of life.
     *Doctors may not self-refer or refer another doctor to the list.
     *You must provide the following;
       Full name and degree (MD, DO, etc)
       City or town
       Phone #
       Comments (optional, but helpful)    

*FibroBetsy is only responsible for the Fibromyalgia Care Provider List, if you need the name of a care giver or wish to submit the name of a care Provider who caters to CFIDS, CMP, TMJ and overlapping conditions, please go to the FMS Communities Careprovider List,
to request or submit information directly to the FMS Community Staff.
